A normal crank puller but with the larger end cap is my best guess.

It looks like the puller for square-taper cranks (eg Park Tool CCP22) might work.

It looks like you’re missing the self-extracting cap. There should have been a cap on top of the bolt you removed that the bolt presses against to remove the crankarm.

It’s a self extracting crank, put the bolt and extraction ring back on and just loosen the bolt against that ring. Put some grease on the interfaces for smoother results.
