Those are bulletproof rims. I rode my SLs for 20k and THEN raced them for years on my cross bike.

I would say it’s a bit high. Why the different cranks? I would be very suspicious of bottom bracket problems. Make sure you’ve got a good one that doesn’t creak.
It is an 11-year-old bike and I definitely feel that there is some room to bring that price down.
