I’m the opposite because for me the leg length alone, 99.5cm, pushed me into 2XL while I’m only 194.5cm

I am looking at buying a new Grizl but kind of between sizes and seeking help. This will be my first bike in a long, long time. I am 77 inches (195 cm) and my inseam is 36 inches (91 cm). I’m a little nervous about doing the 2XL and it being too big. But with a XL, would I need the seat pushed up too high/to the max?
