Hi I picked up this Giant Iguana and am planning to slowly convert to commuter/gravel and learn along the way. First q though, the saddle swivels in the post and I’m not sure if it needs a clamp that’s missing or just wrong setup? Any advice appreciated!

i think the seatpost is broken – not supposed to come apart at that joint
