Hey everyone,
I just had a Grizl CF SL 6 AXS delivered and was going through the manual/videos to assemble.
When I took it out of the box the rear derailleur was just hanging by the chain in the bottom of the carton.
None of the manual or videos that I can find show that you have to install the rear derailleur so thought that was a bit weird.
Looks like the female housing for the screw (inside the frame) is snapped.
Canyon have replied already saying expect to wait 2 weeks for a reply. But I'm thinking do I just hit the returns button rather than wait for them to repair a 1 hour old bike?
Thoughts?

Yes return. I had the same issue with my Grizl CF SL 8 1by. Sent it back same day. Customer service then put one on hold for me so that it wasn’t sold out and did free shipping etc. Turn around time was 2 weeks. I used the chat to an agent service which is Monday to Friday so try again first thing in the morning. Good luck.
