For those like me who struggled with finding that can of information before buying a bike, you can fit hutchinson touareg 40mm on a Triban RC120, the road bike, which pretty much cancel all interest i could have had regarding the gravel version of this bike that costs 250€ more.

Yup. I have 38mm on mine and there is plenty of room still.
That said, if someone is worried about mud, rocks, etc then it does start to get tight. For my uses (commuter, exploring, dirt roads, paved trails) it’s great.
In general it’s been a great platform to play with.
I fitted 40c maxxis velocitas with room to spare
