Okay this is going to make me look really stupid – I was fitting a bottle cage adapter to my bike and not paying much attention and used too long of a bolt and have indented the frame as shown – have I fucked this? Will it make the frame more prone to cracking etc? I don't know how it's went in so far as I don't feel like I tightened it very much at all

Bummer. Things happen though.
Downtubes are under tension, I would monitor it regularly but ride on. It’ll likely never cause an issue and if it does, it won’t be sudden/catastrophic. I’d clean it up and put some nail polish or something over it. Fortunately that spot can be easily covered by a bottle cage and not be a huge eye sore.
I wouldn’t worry. That spot already has two holes anyway.
