I have tried everything from bussing the bars, and flicking the bars. This is how it looks every time, regardless of throw strength. If anyone can help, tell me. Thanks!
Throw harder. Practice with the back wheel on the wall to restrict your bike from rolling back. Quick flick practice and once you get that down quickly, pull up bar-spin practice. You’ll get it 🤘

You gotta commit to giving it a full throw. Instead of spinning it with both hands, just whip it around with your right hand so your left hand stays in position to catch it. Practice just wheelie bar spins and then move on to bunny hop bar spins. Youre so close, just a little more commitment.
You can also put your back tire against a wall, tilt the bike back and hold it up with your legs against the pedals and just practice spinning the bars/catching

Your hands are too deep on the grips. Put your throwing hand closer to the outside to get more leverage. You look like you’re spinning a 2×4 balanced on a rock. Bars are tiny. Throw em.
