I was dissatisfied with the lack of connectivity of the SKS AIRSPRY tire pressure sensors, and created an open-source firmware to work with all your bike computers implementing the ANT+ TPMS (tire/tyre pressure monitoring system) profile.
If you are hardware hacking affine – or know someone to support you in the process of installation – these are a cost sensitive alternative (with second hand availability) to the TyreWiz sensors. The linked Git repo includes prebuilt releases. Tested with Wahoo, but should include Hammerhead and other devices as well.
