Title says it all. Only discovered this today when mounting some new wheels. Not sure how long it’s been there. The carbon fibers are clearly visible, and I can’t tell if there’s a crack emanating from it or if it’s another scratch. Any thoughts would be appreciated. For reference, Elite SLR Gravel wheels.

you’re kidding right? that’s a deep gash with clear delamination. that rim needs to be repaired or replaced. epoxy doesn’t do shit. CF laminate strength doesn’t come from epoxy
I’ve ridden wheels with gouges like that for a year, sold them and they’re still being ridden by my buddy
