Given the bulge in the side of the tube, I’d say it’s damaged the structural integrity. Personally, I wouldn’t touch it.

It’s done for, unless you just want to ride around without jumping or anything, it’s still expensive af, 50 dollars tops, this is a guy who wants every last dollar of their purchase back.
