No. It does not have $4k in upgrades. You can tell it’s got a basic build, which is probably why they don’t even specify that. It has basic Shimano brakes with the levers swapped, they removed the dropper, likely factory drive components, and no visible stickers/names on the suspension. Coil shocks aren’t adjustable like air, so you’ll probably have to buy a new spring.
Bikes are cheap right now-there’s used Transition bikes in the PNW with better parts for $1k.
