Definitely a niche item from both Surly and Walker Brothers. They occasionally pop up on ebay and usually fetch a good price. I check here and there as I’d like to get my hands on one as a “just because” purchase and maybe use it to convert a carbon disc wheel “just because”.

Many would likely know about the old Surly Fixxer. Walker Brothers in UK also made similar adapter up until last year, but their site is now gone.
