I love the Schwalbe G One RS tires however I can't but help to think that tan sidewalls just don't match with the bike. Maybe it's just me but I think black sidewalls would give it a better look.

I’m generally a skinwall fan. In your case, you may be right.
But, it’s all personal preference. As long as you’re happy with it, who cares what anyone else thinks?
You can get [coloured sidewalls now](https://i.imgur.com/Qual4oc.jpeg), I just ordered some purple ones to go with my bike. Look around, you might find red ones.
Personally I’m a fan of tan/amber or a coloured tyre wall, I think a lot depends on the colours of your frameset.
