  1. I would clean it up, throw a tube in it and give it away. I’m in the group of people who think if it can be ridden, its not trash.

  2. With a new tube and a little once over it will get you from A to B.

    But don’t put any money into it by way of buying any significant parts, you won’t see a penny back. But if all you need to do is put a new tube in, maybe adjust the brakes or even buy some new brake pads and adjust the saddle and cockpit to your preferences then you’ll be golden.

    If you want to use it to gain experience of working on bikes then it might be worth changing the brake and shifter cables, changing the brake pads and putting a new chain on it but i wouldn’t be spending any more money than that to be honest.

  3. That exact model bike has been abandoned at a bike rack near me. I’ve been wondering if it was worth anything.
