    Tuck your legs up more. It’ll speed up the rotation a bit and you can manage the speed based on how much you bend your knees in.

    You can also try to pull a bit more(feels like doing a gentle manual at takeoff) & put your head back right after takeoff. You already got the hardest part, just keep doing them & you will have them safe soon 😉
