I travelled to the Northernmost Point in England! I rode with TPE and LNER from Manchester to Berwick-upon-Tweed, where I then walked along the coast to the most northerly point in England :).

There was a cow on the line πthey used to cancel trains where there were a leaf π on the line
Very good video.
Enjoyed the video G. Thank you. If you decide to walk the coast path, perhaps you could ask people to walk with you for a day to give you some encouragement?

Good vlog and train journey
i love the train journey from newcastle to edinburgh, the views up the east coast line, just brill
Very entertaining.π Added fact: Despite being based in England the local football team Berwick Rangers play in the Scottish Lowland League.π
Car, cow… I've definitely had to double take enough things. It's scarier when what you think you heard actually makes more sense π
Great video again looks a great day out well done your presentation was great ππβ β
That hamlet at the border is called Marshall Meadows and has a bus service run by Borders Buses which is the Berwick to Edinburgh service.I think the nearest Coop would be in Eyemouth,Scotland!Newcastle station has 2 ways in from the south but only one way out to the north.
I live up Northumberland. Aye. Its canny.
G. I think you should get your motorbike license. Don't ask me why, I just think you should.
We love Berwick. Such a besutiful area. Enjoyed the video great energy as usual x
sorry G – I am late with this one!
Better a cow on the line than a bloody BMW! Love your videos and Berwick is a nice wee toon (town, for those of you not blessed with coming from Glasgow) to visit, take care honey ππ
One last time (I promise!) – I noticed the sign on the Scottish side of the border mentioned "Cuddy", that's a word I grew up with, and in this case I thik refers to a cattle droving path, a "cuddy" is usually a cow because it chews the cud hence cuddy – it might also be an Irish expression as my background it totally Irish and my older relatives used that term from their farming days – thanks for your indulgence, just love these videos you present! ππ
Thanks G. Your vlogs always come with smiles and warmth. Luv ya!
Great vid, that viaduct is special – we should cross it twice on this years RTC Gt Britain tour.
Well done G, great effort to walk to the border. Many people think the border bridge is the actual border but of course you know otherwise! Berwick is a nice place to visit.
Never been to Berwick-upon-Tweed but been past it on the train few years ago for a funeral up in Prestonpans. I have heard that Berwick-upon-Tweed is a very nice town.
Lovely video as always G..
What is next week, 'The most Southerly place in Scotland' ?
Drunk Driver apparently drove on to the Railway Line
Awesome Video G Loves Trains ππππππ

That walk isn't half-bad, definitely one I might do one day. Thanks for taking us along, G.
G looking as cute as ever! β€
I went to this same spot on the cliff in 2019 and loved it. We did use thhe X15 bus from Newcastle all the way to Berwick as train fares on the day were exhorbitant (but did travel to Edinburgh 3 days later on LNER).
It is a place where I would definitely go again
Love this one. Its such a beautiful part of England. Its got so much history too (again with the nerdy comments), Roman, Saxon, Viking. Its well worth the exploration π.
Always enjoy your videos G, another cracker – cheers!
Newcastle = nostalgia. Really want to go to Berwick – went through on train about 4 times… never stopped there unfortunately.
Another great vlog with great views all through keep up the great work
well what a great video im off to ribblehead in April however after watching this blog it looks like you put a new place for me to go great thanks G-lovestrains really great views hope it was not too cold ππ₯Ά
G you are so cute.
Great video from chad benson from Plymouth Devon
Love me a good viaduct too and that one is truly awesome
Person 1 "There's a car on the line". Person 2 "There's a calf on the line". Person 3 "There's a cow on the line". What fun we had at school sitting in a circle and whispering a sentence in your neighbour's ear, seeing how different it was getting back to you!
I remember driving that route from Newcastle to Eyemouth via Berwick. Lovely part of the country.
