Coming from a hardtail mtb, i pump the rear types to about 100psi ( im a big guy), i don't think this pressure is enough tbh i still see the rear tyre flexing in , i started noticing this,

Thats just the bead top protective layer. It’s not fully connected to the lower layer, it’s there to prevent the rim from eating into the tire.
Your tire is gone. There’s cracks in it already, replace before you blow out
