Aye solid deal for $200!
A White Industries ENO freewheel is pricey but is absolutely bombproof, will last you forever as long as it is properly serviced and compatible with any threaded hub whether it is fixed/free. As far as brakes go, you’re better off installing both front/rear brakes for safety. I will include links for the parts I recommend.
