  1. Any bike you can ride is a good bike. Ask your bike shop to help figure out the correct seat height for you and then ride it until it needs significant repairs.

    Absolute score. Keep it maintained and it will last for years. As an entry level bike these are one of the best to build and work on. Things just work.
    Liv is ladies specific but the main difference is the saddle. If you don’t like it (male or female) get your butt on a few seats in a bike shop and upgrade for comfort. Other than that, there is no need to upgrade or do anything.

  3. Looks like you did really well. Check the tires for any dry cracks, lubricate the chain and derailleurs and adjust the seat and bars to fit you.
