Snowy, hilly commute in a city that doesn’t plow it’s bike lanes

With folks sharing how amazing their cities and countries are at providing for cyclists, I thought it appropriate to share the opposite experience. For context, THREE snowplows preceded me up that hill, none of them touching the bike lane. For additional context on the “bleep,” the car passing me didn’t get over until the very, very last second, and I was lit up like a lightbulb!
