I got a few of these on my bike a while back, I'm guessing from loose gravel? I was thinking of coloring them in with some accent color, maybe greenish, but I'd need to use some sort of durable paint or something. Curious if anyone else has interesting ideas

Might get close match with a nail polish. Or clear nail polish if you’re not thinking of trying to colour match. Doesn’t have to be a top end paint for these touch ups. If you’re keen to go accent, you’d want to make it into a deliberate pattern or design to look any better I would have thought?
Try to find matching paint repair brush or marker, those are sold to repair small paint dents on cars
