Sorry for a very stupid question – is Finish Line “Premium Grease” good for Both Bearings and general part assembly? Or do I need something else in addition

I find that just a tad too thick for certain things. Shimano grease (green) is a better viscosity.

My feeling on grease is use what you have. Most problems come from a lack of grease/oil/lube, not the wrong kind.
I prefer marine grease or Park PolyLube, but this would be fine for the applications you mentioned.

if you have bought it use it it will be fantastic
if you want to buy – i would choose grease for machines, industrial bearings made by your local petrochemical brand – it will be less expensive and highly probably higher quality grease
