You can get a 5mm Allen key under the rubber hood, either by peeling it back from the rear of the lever, or pushing it in from the front of the lever, then you screw it back together. It can be tricky.

There is a nut under the hood that holds the lever to the bolt on the bars. Use a metric hex wrench to put it back together.

You will likely need to take the bar tape off so the body of the lever sits close enough for the nut in there to reach the threads on the bolt that is on the ring around the handlebar.
