You should be able to get it out it’s just gonna take some finesse. Rotate the wheel until the valve extender is at one of the holes, and then use some very small needle nose pliers or forceps to pull it out.

Can get it out with a lot of patience. Dental pick, needlenose would be the tools I’d try.

Try a magnet to fish it out (assuming it is attracted to magnets).

I had to dig one out at work last year that the customer forgot to mention he’d dropped in there. I used a dental tool with a 90° bend . Hung the wheel from my bike hooks , valve hole facing down. Put on.my head light (like a cave exploerer). Wiggled the wheel so I could just see the tip. Carefully inserted the point into the code end of the valve. Slowly rotate the tool so the valve stood “up”. Slowly lowered it down and out. I did all this whilst lying on the floor. It took a few minutes.

Id use hemostats or a bamboo skewer wrapped in double sided gorilla tape

Oof, I dropped some tape inside mine. Never bothered removing it. But a valve extender, yah that’s gonna be tough.
As others have said, maybe some kind of hooked needle nose tool. I think also maybe a straw too? Perhaps like cut it, so it like fans out and stop the extender and maybe causes it fall vertically towards the hole?

Good luck.
