A rack is a must 🙂
Do you plan on using your bike to carry stuff? You’ll need to make sure your rack has mounts for QR hubs seeing as your fork doesn’t have any eyelets to mount to. Pelago is a good brand to start with.
Yup, you need to add it! I have a Wald basket, been on several builds, crashed with and still holding up after years
I’d at least swap out the fork if I were you. Something with eyelets for starters. The bike is light because racing.. Wasn’t meant to carry stuff.
It’s an easy 10 min swap to put on another fork.
If that’s a carbon fork, I wouldn’t suggest putting clamps around it. As others have mentioned, get one that attacked to the QR or use a rear rack. Maybe not as cool as a front rack, but you have eyelets back there.
