That looks like a busted chain.
It’s a speed ramp, how on gods earth is there a speed ramp with 150m to go. Organiser should be sued. Overhead shot shows the ramp clearly. And you can see on the head on shot, Bennett hits the start of the ramp when starting his sprint. Disgraceful final 3k with road furniture etc.
Like a weird, wide speed bump.
