  3. Veggies don't have many calories so would rather not do that lol. Now if she says start with higher calorie veggies like potatoes or beans then yes I can get with that. Then I can eat the low calorie broccoli with the beans or potatoes. But I like to start with fruit….delicious.

  4. Sorry but sugar and carbs will miss you up on Avery way you can imagine and vegetables are great for women that don't do anything sit around looking pretty but for people that work and are exposed to weather and physical work if you don eat protein you be in real trouble very soon
    Cows and horses eat grass like 200 lb a day so is gorillas in zoo we are not like them if you not on a carnivore diet you will suffer a lot from all Cains of medical issues from high blood to dementia anemia memory lost and others

  5. As someone who doesn't like sweets in the morning, this is true. I gain to little to no weight since High School. I'm either at 53-55 kg even when I'm 26 right now. 😂
