  1. Maybe somebody should earn money on YouTube by filming the way he rides his bike. It seems he is a cyclist on a power trip plus its one way of earning money πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  2. My personal opinion is that looking at your phone while stationery in a queue or traffic is not unsafe. However my problem with vigilante cyclists is they hate being called out. They jump red lights, sleep (recent video on twitter of cyclists doing 39 in a 30) which could still severely injure and potentially kill a child or elderly and YES they are allowed to use a phone while cycling??!! Until this hypocrisy is tackled they dont have leg to stand on

  3. Good on you Cycling πŸš΄πŸΏβ€β™‚οΈ Mikey I absolutely πŸ’― love your work & I’ll continue watching you on YouTube Pal. πŸ‘πŸ‘

  4. Mikey is a legend and I fully support him.

The questions these people were asking are at best completely dumb and at worst downright specious. What about the cyclists that break the law? Well what about them? That's not a defence for the motorists breaking the law, pure deflection and `what aboutism` because they have no other argument. How is Mikey supposed to report a cyclist for breaking the law when he has no idea who they are? Also, what evidence do you have that if all Cyclists rode perfect it wouldn't affect the death statistics… erm, the Police publish all road deaths, the evidence is clearly there that 99% of road deaths are cause by motor vehicles, not cyclists!

And don't get me started on the well they're stationary so doing no harm segment… Jesus Christ is it ANY wonder attitudes towards mobile phone use isn't changing with morons like this!

  5. Motoring menace 100% you can use your phone when stationary so long as it is in a cradle. No difference when it is in your hands. Same as Tuning the radio on your big iPad style infotainment screen.

Advice people put your phone in the cradle. Simple.

  6. CAN YOU SEND ME THE LINK TO THE SCIENCE YOU TALK ABOUT PLEASE THAT EVEN AFTER USING YOUR PHONE ..WHEN YOU STOP YOUR STILL NOT CONCENTRATING FOR AT LEAST 30secs.. I NEED TO SEE THIS SCIENCE

  7. Would Ben, Nick or Kate prefer to be ran over by a cyclist or a vehicle weighing approx 1.5ton πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Ben & Kate saying why upload to YouTube.. the similar reasons we're watching this on This Morning's YouTube channel..

  8. Do you think that bragging about getting people acquitted of motoring offences using loopholes reduces the friction between cyclists and motorists?

  9. WHAT A FCKN DO GOODER GRASS!!! HE'S NOT OLD BILL SO SHOULD KEEP HIS NOSE OUT!! HE'S PUTTING HIMSELF IN A SITUATION FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN THAT HE THINKS HE'S BETTER THAN OTHERS!!!

  10. Mikey is thrown a few pennies by YouTube for every thousand views of his videos while the loop hole lawyer earns a fortune defending a few incompetent celebrities. Why wasn’t Nick challenged about his financial interest in perpetuating the current situation?

  11. Even though I will say in a way using phone stationary isn't causing harm. What it can do is people who are stationary on their phone waiting for a light to change or traffic to move. You could be looking at your phone and not noticed a light has changed or traffic has moved. Then that can hold up even more traffic. So in reality it can cause things, even stationary.

  12. The female presenter was so condescending. He is doing a good duty. There's a simple solution to this problem stay of your phone's for a few minutes.

  13. I had a driver stationary in a road before the traffic lights as the que of traffic they were in had moved on. They hadnt noticed as they were looking down at their phone. They then accelerated to try and beat the traffic lights now changing to red and didnt make it in time. Their behaviour also caused me to not make the lights, which I would have got through. I then went another way to work as I didnt want to be behind them. On reflection, I should just overtake them as they are parked in the road, but they tend to instantly accelerate at speed to make up the large gap in front of them.
