So going back to the bike park for the 2nd time this weekend, I did okay the first time but I would run into what I would describe as just large stairs that would trip me up like in this image which is actually from spider mountain where im going. Im serious enough to own a pivot switchblade but ive still only ridden for about a year so I would say im still noobish. Running into stuff like this would trip me up alot and was just hoping to get some advice on how to handle it mainly the position I should be in when going over it or whatever it is I should be doing. Any help would be appreciated.

That’s just stairs dude. Just send it.
Kidding, kinda but not really.
Center your body weight. Get low. Heavy feet, light hands, but not so much that you can’t keep the front pointed where you need it to go.
Speed is key. You need to be confident when riding that kind of stuff. Going slow will get your wheels hung up.
I always try and just stay in the middle of my bike, in the “attack position” and let my bike, arms and legs do the moving while my torso remains as static as possible, not stupid fast but trail speed
