I recommend finding a custom bag maker close to you thay you like and purchasing from them.

I have HMPL local to me and always get him to make my bags.

Obviously custom made is the best option and there are tons of places available for that (I’ve personally used Dyed in the wool and Cedaero which were both very easy to work with) but if you want off the shelf I’d just measure and go based off measurements. Trying to get someone to eyeball for you is a recipe for disaster.

  3. I’ll also add that rouge panda and rockgeist are two other good alternatives (I’m not endorsing either of these, and for full disclosure I ended up using Cedaero, which was already mentioned in this thread).

Is there any reason you can’t measure your frame, and then communicate with any prospective bag manufacturer to get their dimensions?

I’d go custom. I’ve never dealt with them but Rogue Panda says they have over 500 bikes on file with measurements in their framebag database, plus you can send them a photo and they’ll use their “Pandavision” to determine the correct sizing of any bike: [https://roguepanda.com/pages/pandavision](https://roguepanda.com/pages/pandavision)

I imagine many custom bag makers can offer the service you need.
