[Not worth it, retailed $3500 in 2014](https://www.bicyclebluebook.com/value-guide/2014%20Trek%20Madone%205.2?condition=GOOD). It’s a nice bike, but carbon rim brake bikes with Ultegra & stock wheels are easy to come by and not worth $2000.

No. Closer to half that. If you are in the 2k range consider going new for about that to few hundred more.
Not for mechanical shifting and rim brakes! The seller is just trying to get back their initial purchase price, but it’s worth closer to $1000
