Once you get the right tool put it vertically in a vise and set the wheel on top of it. Then grab the wheel with both hands like you are driving a truck and turn hard left to get the moment you will need to break it free.

As others have said, you need a freewheel tool that fits the splines inside your freewheel.
As others have not said, you will not need the chain whip to remove the freewheel. Once the proper freewheel tool has engaged the splines in the freewheel, simply turn the tool counterclockwise with a large wrench. The freewheel will eventually loosen and come off the hub.
Also, not sure if it’s the angle of the photo, but the second pic makes it look like your hub axle is bent or broken.

Wrong tool. Yours is a lockring (HG) nut. You need a freewheel remover nut. Park Tool sells them. There are various models that depend on your freewheel. Modern ones are mostly Shimano compatible.

Pretty sure you have a cassette tool and a freewheel. That’s not going to work
