Looks like the clear coat has worn of. I think you should sand it down and respray with a 2k clearcoat.

Clear coat delaminating on a bonded lug frame is a good indicator of corrosion. Inspect the connections between composite and aluminium for any evidence of deterioration of the bonded joint. The joint typically don’t fail catastrophically, rather you’ll hear noises, or feel flex in the frame.
