  1. Looks pretty fucked. If you can’t afford to replace it with a good used one, maybe put a spacer in there slightly wider than the chain, then bend it back with pliers.

  2. Route the chain correctly.

    Only thing I should touch is it runs through the derailleur cages the two pulleys.

  3. As already mentioned the chain is indeed routed incorrectly.

    Did it escape the guide when being installed or as a result of the pulley cage getting hit?

    If the former, I think you know what to do.

    If the latter, you need to closely inspect for misalignment and either correct with a great deal of care or replace the derailuer. Tiny problems with the rear mech are massive pains to sort out. The more subtle the worse for your sanity.

    Minor hanger damage is worth a visit to a bike shop, they have a tool that eliminates hours of trial and error in less than a minute.
