Brand of this bike?

I didn't post the whole bike in one pic, but nothing is original except for the frame and forks. I bought it as a used bike from a shop in 2009. It had drop bars on it. It was probably a 12 speed. It was metallic red, a bit faded.
I participated in a Rat Rod forums bike build-off and didn't even make the selection to be voted on. I tried to give it a steampunk look with fat tires, flat paint, etc… in around 2010. I wish I could remember the brand / stickers.

It's definitely a steel frame.
