Yeah, I’d go for that for 700. Good carbon bike from a major brand, reasonably modern groupset, looks not too beat up.

Those shifters are cheap Chinese replacements for the original Shimano levers. This bike might have been in a crash that damaged the original levers necessitating replacement.
You want to check the frame very carefully for crash damage and I would ask for a substantial discount for the cheap replacement levers.
