Few things I swapped while assembling before taking her out for her maiden voyage are a Wolf Tooth Oval 44t ring, switched to Red chain, Panaracer Gravel King SK 29×2.1, and then lots of little cosmetic changes.
Rides like a dream. After trying for nearly a year to “gravel” ride on my Domane, this is like a godsend. Cannot wait for many more miles.
(And yes, before anyone says anything, the wheel reflectors are gone now. I realized right after taking the photos I left them on) 🤦🏼♂️
