I saw this guy for sale a few minutes away from where I live and I couldent say no. I ended up paying $1,100 for it and given the condition, I am very happy with that price. I have not ridden a full suspension bike in a while and coming from my hardtial, this thing was a dream on technical descents. The most shocking part was how well it did on technical climbs. It definitely drags on steady consistant climbs compared to my hardtail XC bike, but it plows through the rocky climbs like nothing. I still dearly love my hardtail and this is not replacing it but I am sure happy to add the Kona to the stable!
