It is hard to tell if the lever fell off or if the shaft broke off?
If just the lever, that is something that can be ordered for sure. You can input your fork serial number (on the backside of the crown) in the Rockshox trailhead app. Or, share it here and I can help dig up the part for you.
you can buy new top caps, just google it.
