This isn't referring to anything specific, but something I caught when the term expat was brought up. This word annoys me to my core being an american. Like, what are you too good to call yourself an immigrant? "I'm an expat living in Spain" No, you're an american immigrant living in Spain, and that's ok. I just imagine americans call themselves this because the word immigrant implies a dirty word that they don't want to be associated with.
I mean Australia is getting close to 250 but um we are what you would call a relatively young country in the grand scheme of things. Probably doesn't help they can't fathom that much like Australia they started out as a dumping place for England's prisoners and despite their high religious count of mostly Christians, their country let alone continent doesn't even rate a mention in the bible.
My mother in laws house is 450+ years old, and the walls of my grandparents house were built in the late 1400s, admittedly the roof isn't original but that still predates America by a mere hundred years or so.
America is now an extreme right-wing dictatorship. White supremacists and wack jobs prevail. The leadership enriching themselves. The parallels between the U.S. today and Hitler’s 1930/40 Germany today’s Putin’s Russia are startling. Now is the time for a replacement of NATO. Europe (all current NATO members), Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ukraine.The UK/France can provide the nuclear deterrent. No US bases in member countries or intelligence sharing. End AUKUS as this will be overtaken by this new framework.
The United Stupid of America at their best. Look not just the pub thing, but shows how some Americans don't know their own country history. England, France and Spain colonized what is the USA now. The USA are teens compared to many countries. Trump was right that we laugh at Americans. Those are examples why! You just need to look at how stupid you sound when you think you know everything. For the sake of sanity, you voted for someone that is stupid and he calls you stupid. Now Trump is making the USA the most hated country in the world and one of the biggest jokes.
2:49 there's literally brick homes in America. California doesn't. Why? Go do a little Google search on how many earthquakes there are EVERY YEAR in California. Or hell, everyday. P.S. Most of these things he's reading, as well as endless comments on sites like YT, are rage bait and/or are trolling you. It might not be as blatantly f*cking to non Americans but it's pretty goddamn obvious to us & it ironically makes you look stupid for buying into it. But hey…. you do you lol ¯_(ツ)_/¯
2:24 he has a point. I hate it but I thought if Ukraine would show the world that we are not russia people would help us, but the truth is that everybody is more scared of nukes than of someone's culture being destroyed, so nobody would do anything if US would annex Greenland.
