Applications up for debate include plans by Peak UK Kayaking Ltd to demolish existing buildings at the former Cromford Garden Centre on Derby Road, replacing them with offices, a showroom manufacturing facility and a new building for charity use, changing rooms and a club room.
Other agenda items are from Hulland, Kirk Ireton, Cromford and Middleton by Wirksworth, where there’s an application to change the use of the former congregational chapel to a community hall with residential accommodation on the first floor.
