It appears you are looking for bike fitting help. Please make sure you post as screenshot of the Canyon size chart for your bike, with your point in it. See [this example](https://imgur.com/a/ALUfXyy)

Always the smaller one. I was in between M and S. Rode them both – S clearly the winner.
