More info, planning on using this bike for riding to and from work
That’s a good price and Fuji is a good brand. Bought one for my wife 2 years ago, also used.
If you can lower the price to 170 or so, even better!
You could do worse for 200. Will be a great commuter assuming you don’t need a rack. I don’t see obvious mounting points for one but I’m admittedly on my phone.
$200 for nearly any functioning bike is fine
