Hi guys, a little random but this is the kit I’m using for an around-the-world trip (ish) from the UK to Japan. Im currently as far as Istanbul. There are some obvious things missing, eg. my bicycle and bags that strap to it etc.
If you want more info on those, please let me know!
Happy to discuss anything in more detail:)

A sleeping foam mat AND an inflatable mat? Why?
Would also suggest leaving the solar panel at home and to bring a third battery instead. They’re often a lot more ineffective than hoped for and people (myself included) end up barely using them.
Also, great shout on the Nintendo DS – a nice choice to keep entertained on a cold night.
A Helinox chair is also 100% worth the weight, it makes lunch and night-time so much comfier!

Well, I’ve been cycling around the world since 2011 and I’ve tried many different ways of packing and with different gear, but I’ve never managed to get the weight down to just 20 kg. Well done and happy traveling!
