A mount like this or similar would be good for cycling computer and attaching a light on the bottom. Not sure about a bell. Not something I see too much in NYC.

Direct phone mounts can fuck up your phone’s camera. I’d go get an Osaka roadie clip bell if you really want to keep one. Maybe a light and motion flipped upside down under your bar. Could also embrace the glory of the revelate stem bag.

I like this for moving the bell off the hand positions. Takes the place of a 10mm spacer.

Get a bar end bell – there might be different ones you want to look into but I have both the one from ‘canyon’ and one from ‘never2far’ (this one is louder). They are very hidden and I find them still good to reach.
For the computer/phone mount I’d go for the k-edge mount ‘combo’ and attach a light via the GoPro mount that was mentioned above – best way to tidy up in my opinion. And I love mine. But I am sure other brand work just as well!
what I did on my bike to keep it cleaner is getting a garmin bike computer holder on aliexpress+ the attachment to stick on the back of your phone. The holder I got also had a go-pro mount on the bottom side and I designed and 3dprinted an attachment to put my front light under it.
this way I still have everything I need but it’s all focused on one spot and the rest of the bar is free.
I also don’t have the brake and I don’t have a bell, for the brake if you keep it there isn’t much you can do but for the bell you could get one of these round ones that go around the diameter of the bar that I think look much cooler and cleaner (I am not recommending this one, it’s just an example and it’s the first one I found right now [https://www.knog.com/products/oi-classic-bike-bell](https://www.knog.com/products/oi-classic-bike-bell) )

Get a CloseTheGap garmin mount. It comes with a bell underneath, a computer mount and some come with a GoPro mount where you can attach your light! There’s different varients like stem or handlebar. I didn’t provide a link because I don’t know where you’re based.

This bell on one side of your stem:
https://www.knog.com/products/oi-classic-bike-bell
A brake lever like this on the other side:
https://winstanleysbikes.co.uk/trp-rl951-top-mount-brake-levers
There are computer/phone mounts that attach to the stem face plate bolts that can mount a light underneath, but I don’t know much about them.
Lights mounted to your helmet (or backpack)
I like strapping my lights to the curve at the front of the drop
An Oi bell is a lot cleaner looking and slimmer, that alone will clean it up
