Looking for a commuter bicycle for my partner. I found this 46cm Flanders steel frame bicycle with Columbus SL tubing, lugged joints. Overall looks pretty cool. Has been maintained as well. Tough to tell with old bicycles, do you guys think this would be good for a 5’3” woman? Also, any idea on price? (Located in the south if that helps)
