80% of customers react like that when their drink get spilled for some reason. And is ALWAYS mc donalds. Only time i don’t spill the drink is when i deliver by car. Disgusting place, been complaining about drinks for 4 years and they never done a think about it.

McDonald’s have a notorious history at being terrible at packaging their food and drinks properly. It’s not the driver’s fault for how they package it.
Technically if the drink fell due to a McDonald’s employee the dude delivering the food would of pointed it out from the bag being wet prior to the delivery. But SUDDENLY the bag got wet in the process of delivery ?
Everyone having a go at the customer but for the delivery driver to jump straight to “it’s not my fault” rather than be empathetic & apologise COULDVE changed the way this went.
