The tire tube is literally glued to the tire with some kind of glue.
I was trying to change tires and when I took the front tire out and tried to get out the inner tube, I saw its literally glued, and I dont know if I can get it off safely just by pulling or idk. Idek why someone would put glue in the inner tube to stick it to the tire. (the bike was bought from second hand market)
Please give me some advice, and also if you know why would someone do this to the tire, please explain it to me, I cant find any info aborto this. Thanks.

Someone had sealant in that tire, then put a tube in it without cleaning all the old sealant out.
Try soaking in boiling hot water, it may soften it enough to separate them,
Just yank it out and put a new tube in.
Pull harder
That’s why years ago I bought a container of tire talc. Heat, humidity, moisture all take a toll. Dust every tube/tire I mount and haven’t had this issue ever since. Also let’s the tube slip around a bit when inflating, reducing the possibility of a pinch flat.
