Goood morning everyone i was cleaning my dads house basement and found this bike and i have a couple of questions…
The bike is really rusty so what parts should i replace

It looks like a department store bike, so nothing particularly great. If you want to ride it around, go for it, but I think putting money into isn’t going to make it great or perhaps even good. It’d be a good way to learn how to work on bikes though.
Unfortunately this bike is a piece of crap. Don’t worry about the rust, just oil everything up, check the tires and ride it.
Running on thoughts and prayers
We’ll it’s a bike. Might be a good run about town rig but don’t expect to win any world cups on that thing. Keep it cheap and just have fun.
That bike is not worth spending additional money on.
Replace the steel kickstand with a Titanium or Carbon fiber kickstand to save weight, then it should be able to get proper air time when you send it.

Cheap garbage bike when it was now and obviously worse now. Don’t spend any money on it.

It is a Cliff Runner. You can run it off the cliff without any issue.
It wasn’t lost. It was abandoned for a reason.
Boxed aluminum frame? haven’t seen that in a decade or two.
Give it to a homeless person.
